Applications
-RocketDock - Slide out bottom icon bar
-Samurize - TODO List and Stats Bar on the right side screen
-Switcher - Clones OS X's expose feature. I bound it to ALT+TAB for myself.
-Ultramon - Taskbar for the right side monitor.
-Alt+Tab Movement - Allows me to move windows by holding alt while clicking and dragging the left mouse button. Linux style.

The specific plugin I use has a really good method of catching hot keys which tends to work from almost anywhere, even most full screen games. I originally setup my Winamp back when XP SP1 was still an awaited release and have stuck with it since. It's so versatile that I can just copy and paste the "Winamp" folder from Program Files and it will "just work" anywhere.
